HotSpot Parking App (Zone 9370)

1. Download the HotSpot Parking App and create an account.
2. Add your vehicle and billing information.
3. Select Permits → Purchase a Permit → Municipality → Cranbrook Airport → Airport Terminal Parking Lot.
4. Choose your parking duration (daily, weekly, monthly, 6 month, or 12 month permit).
5. Once purchased, your permit can be viewed anytime in the “My Permits” section, where you can check expiry and extend your time if needed.

QR Code (Short-Term Parking)

1. Scan a QR code located on signage in the parking lot or inside the terminal.
2. Enter your licence plate number and payment details.
3. Confirm your session using Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Note: QR code payments are available for hourly or single-day parking only.

Parking Machines

1. Park your vehicle and note your licence plate number.
2. At the machine:
   1. Select the check mark to begin
   2. Enter your licence plate number
   3. Use + / − to choose your parking duration
   4. Confirm your selection
   5. Insert or tap your credit card to pay
3. If a parking machine is out of order, use the HotSpot app or visit the Airport Administration Office.
